Due to the fast development of the services sector in South Africa there is a shortage in the skill base in the knowledge economy. Van Thinking provides a service to organisations in this field. We offer an external mentorship program for your organisation. In this way you can have the benefit of providing a mentoring service to your young professionals.

In some cases mentorship is best provided by external, objective service providers. Our mentorship programme can either be used in place of your internal mentorship service, or it can be used in conjunction with your own internal mentorship program, enhancing its capability. We provide depth of experience and the objectivity in our mentorship programs.

Our mentorship programs need to be distinguished from our coaching service: A mentorship program is almost like being an apprentice and learning "in real life", while our coaching service assists you to implement the principles we cover in our courses (and therefore presume that you have completed the relevant course). At least a one day course needs to be completed before our coaching is of any value to you, but mentorship programs are available to everybody, regardless of whether or not you completed any of our courses.
